Founded in France by Dominique Mandonnaud in 1970 and owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, CosmeticPros is known for its unique open-sell environment. We offer a carefully curated selection of products from emerging brands, trusted classics, and our own CosmeticPros Collection. Our commitment to innovation includes a strong Clean beauty range and exclusive launches like Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez and FENTY BEAUTY by Rihanna.

Recognition and Awards

CosmeticPros has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers for four consecutive years (2018-2021) and achieved a 100% score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index from 2019 to 2021.

Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Our mission for diversity and inclusion is simple: to champion all beauty fearlessly and create inclusive environments. In 2019, we introduced the tagline “We Belong to Something Beautiful” to reaffirm our commitment to fostering belonging among clients and employees.

Initiatives for Change

In 2020, we launched our Diversity and Inclusion Heart Journey, aiming to be a leader in these areas within retail. We became the first major retailer to adopt the 15 Percent Pledge, committing to ensuring that 15% of our product assortment comes from Black-owned prestige companies. By the end of 2021, we achieved this benchmark in prestige haircare.

Supporting Founders of Color

Through our CosmeticPros Accelerate program, we dedicate efforts to support brands led by founders of color, furthering our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
